Full Moon in Libra: Self-care Tips

The full moon in libra shines a light on all of the relationships & connections we have in our lives. Specifically, it focuses on those you may need healing from. This full moon promotes balance to those connections by bringing a new perspective. Here’s how you can maintain a healthy balance in yourself during this time:

  1. Create a dream journal (may receive signs in dreams to help connect with intuition)

  2. Meditation

  3. Physical rest (i.e., take a nap)

  4. Drinking ‘lots of water— at least 8 cups

  5. Exercising to relieve any stress you may have

  6. Reciting affirmations to step into your power

  7. Have a good conversation with a trusted loved one—can help you release anything you have pent up

  8. Buy yourself something nice—you deserve it! (but don’t splurge)

  9. Get your favorite outfit on & make yourself feel good

  10. Grounding exercises (i.e., spend time with your inner child & do the things you’ve always loved)

  11. Write down new, desired habits you’d like to obtain, & stick to it

  12. Make a pros & cons list of those around you for your own discernment (as you are who you surround yourself with)
